This Mantua Sergal kit doubled planks starting with limewood and finishing it off with walnut I hated to paint all that good wood I went ahead and painted the model using copper plates from Bliss models no longer in business they fudged out 30 years ago. As to the room to these huge builds and what I have in my lifes collections I have a three story house 1 finished basement 2.another house built in the back where I stock all of my collections 3. in my back hobby room My wife loves them all and don't complain The key method of keeping mama happy is the old fashion honey do list as they being filled with her only being obeyed she lets me turn too on these builds I am a happy sailor I will posting a lot of my work here so stay tune an thanks my friends for your wonderful replies.
