The Pandora was built from March 2, 1778 and launched May 17, 1779. The HMS Pandora is best known as the vessel sent to capture Fletcher Christian and the mutineers of Bligh’s Bounty. The book has an interesting history of the ship and a lot of drawings. The drawings had some inconsistency’s and left out a lot of details but by using “The Construction and Fitting of the English Mon Of War 1650-1850 by Peter Goodwin and the Eagle tutorial by Gene Bodnar I should be able to build the model. ![]()

I'm interested to know if you reproduced CAD plans from the AOS book or literally worked straight from enlarged photocopies of the books pages. The only reason I'm learning CAD is to produce larger accurate plans for me to work from, but am aware this may take considerable time and not be without some risk of error due to my lack of CAD experience. If your plans for Pandora are still available, would you consider sharing them with me to save time. Or is this a big no no? I understand if not and will press on, but couldn't miss the opportunity of asking. With thanks Adam.
