I assume that the 'original' measurements that you quote are French, but the imperial values you quote don't match the conversion factor I have, here, for pre revolution French (pieds du roi). Do you have more details on the units? If so I can add or edit the units in the spreadsheet as neccessary. | ||

Any idea what they are? (The conversion factors for the three sets of measurement are all different so it's a question of which measurements to work from, although there's not enough in it to worry about.) ![]() | ||

Hahn 3/16"=1'-00 copyright symbol 1989 Harold Hahn drew the plans in 1989 at the above scale. From Mr. Hahn's Plan's for sale sheet LaLicorne, 32 1755 French Frigate captured by British 18, June 1778. Mr Hahn was a very good ship modeler who shared a lot with the ship building world and many of us were sorry to hear of his passing several years ago. More info about the above plans. Later Tim | ||
