Few fake rings made from spare blocks. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Happy modelling...

Before installation i have tied one end of the spritsail hard sling to the yard. ![]() ![]() ![]() Following suggestion from some other modeller' blog, i decided not to cut the rope and align the ends, instead i simply seized all three ropes. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Happy modelling...

Your work is very clean and neat, especially your rigging. Even under 'macro' close up there is very little fuzz, discolouration from glue, or 'dag' ends to your scale rigging - impressive. cheers Pat

I am testing a poly ropes (Griffin jewelry nylon) that appears very nice and as you mentioned, not that significant discolouration. For seizing on dark brown ropes i use 68% poly and 32% cotton rope, no idea who manufactured it. And for running rope will be using crochet rope, 100% cotton, dragged thru Golden Oak stain for colouring. Cheers
