I decided to START and FINISH a build. I will build this model as my version of the la Flore as a french frigate. I make the following improvements: scratch build the masts and spars, improve the boats and carriages for the cannons, add gun deck details, and add hawse holes for the anchors.

Looks like there's a lot of work involved cleaning off the flashings from the plastic mouldings.

Can you upload the pictures to this site rather than linking to off-site images. These may not always be available and the picture sizes cause problems with the page widths.

There are some instructions for adding pictures here.
