I have a book called The Construction of Model Open Boats by Ewart Freeston that details a similar method of construction, resulting in models as delicately detailed as yours. As I and others have said looks nice and would love to see more pics. Having sanded through a 1:1 scale cove and bead kayak sidewall one time I understand how hard sanding to the thinness can be.
